Blue Eyed Nate, Community Manager, has made a statement in regards to the crazy news feed rumor mentioned a few posts ago (1).
"We as a company do not condone any script use, specifically any script that allows you to bully or automatically play the game. While we are not in a habit of going on a witch hunt, because we want people to play and enjoy the game, we do take steps to actively discourage and impede the use of scripts that decrease the value of the playing experience.
Any script that can be utilized for bullying or "sitting" on a player, we include in this category."

Teresa, this is a program that does go through and randomly check accounts. It is nothing to worry about and this is a legitimate message that you are receiving.
This program does check for any cheat programs, so if you are not utilizing any scripts or bots, you have nothing to worry about. If you are using any cheat programs, then I would advise you to cease doing this, as this program can return and take action against any accounts that are using any programs that violate our Terms of Service.
Teresa, this message can sometimes appear if you are doing something in the game that requires a lot of clicking. If you are clicking really fast, this message can appear on your account. If you were doing a job or fighting and you had been clicking your mouse really fast, that could have caused this message to appear for you.
As long as you aren't using any third party programs to cheat in the game, then you have nothing to worry about.

ReplyDeleteWithout Spockholm's and other's bookmarklets, such as Brawler and repeat job, I would have quit playing long ago. I have been playing a couple of years, am a daily player, but I have better things to do than burn up a couple thousand of stamina by single clicking. I am not "bullying" anybody. If they want me to play....fine. If not, then they won't get any of my money.

ReplyDeleteMy hope is that they are targeting the groups that are autohitlisting players now. That is simply the most cowardly, unfair script ever conceived and the people that use it need to be caught.
ReplyDeleteSome of the bullys who rob you armory, wd, cs and zoo 10 times, or attack you 100+ times need autohitlisting. Its the only way to slow them down :P

ReplyDeleteIts all about the bottom line. 85% of players use scrupts simply to cut down clicks and burning up their mouse and their hand. If Zynga would like to remove all those players, Ill have 3 of mine removed... all credit card users, meaning their bottom line (profit) would drop considerably. Go ahead Zynga, drop me and the other 85% of us playing. When u become an obsolete company dont come lookin at us who give u money but simply want to cut down on mouse clicks. If youd like to catch the ones selling loot, wait for an email, they r everywhere.
