New Challenge Mission: Coming Soon?

During the Pre-Snoop-Pre-Explosion time frame that the Mafia Wars USTREAM Channel was broadcasting, the guy I referred to as "Microphone Guy" mentioned that a new city was coming very soon.  I didn't take him seriously because I thought he was someone Zynga just picked off the street and knew nothing about Mafia Wars.  I found out I was very wrong.  Karen Massey, Senior Editor of The Daily Post informed me that this charming fellow is Fenris.  Fenris is a Game Developer and is active on The Zynga Forum Boards.  He has always done a good job of keeping us informed.  I'm very happy that I didn't say anything bad about him in my article about the Blowin' Up Event.  This isn't the best image, but he's kind of cute.

Now that we know who he is, his banter is more meaningful.  I found a discussion thread on The Zynga Forum Boards titled New Challenge Mission-Bollywood!.  This must have been what Fenris was talking about.  A few players noticed a new item available in The Marketplace and on The Free Gift Page called the Bollywood Film Reel.  Apparently they were only present on some accounts for a short period of time and then they were gone.  This is the only hint we have right now but I'd say it's a good one. Under the item title in the Marketplace it says "Access the Challenge Mission and make a blockbuster in Mumbai".
